Welcome to Capriella Castle (“Capriella Castle,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, submitting a form, scheduling a tour, requesting information, or communicating with us by email, phone, or text message, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Capriella Castle provides event venue services and related event planning coordination, including tours, proposals, and event hosting. Specific inclusions, pricing, and availability vary by event and are confirmed in writing.

2. Tours, Requests, and Availability

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a tour does not guarantee availability or a reservation. Dates are secured only after a signed agreement and any required deposit/payment (if applicable) are received and confirmed by us.

3. Payments, Deposits, and Fees

If payments are offered online or by invoice, you agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize charges as selected. Any processing fees (if applicable) may apply depending on payment method. Final pricing and payment terms are governed by the signed agreement for your event.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Event cancellations, rescheduling, weather-related changes, and other modifications are subject to the terms outlined in your signed agreement. If no agreement exists yet, changes are handled on a best-effort basis depending on availability.

5. Guest Conduct and Property Use

You agree that you and your guests will treat the venue, staff, and property with respect. You are responsible for your guests’ conduct and any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Additional fees may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations as outlined in the event agreement. Driving on the grass is forbidden unless marked for parking can be fined. Unwatched children, or children acting out and parents not taking care of the issues after 1 warning can be asked to leave.

6. Media & Photography

You may take photos/videos during tours and events for personal use unless otherwise stated. Capriella Castle may photograph or record the venue and events for marketing purposes. If you prefer your event not be used in marketing, notify us in writing in advance; we will do our best to accommodate.

7. Third-Party Vendors

You may use third-party vendors unless restricted by your agreement. Capriella Castle is not responsible for the performance, acts, omissions, or services of third-party vendors.

8. Text Messaging Terms (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages:

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting in is not a condition of purchase.
Text messages may include tour confirmations, updates, and (if you separately opt in) promotional messages.

9. Privacy

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide.

10. Disclaimers

We strive for accurate information, but content on our site may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the website or booking tools will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capriella Castle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of our website, tour scheduling tools, communications, or venue services.
